M26FIT Challenge – To Celebrate launching our first ever Challenge we’re giving away a 2 night stay in the exclusive Executive Residence at the awarding winning The Ridge at Maleny valued at over $1500 for the person demonstrating the biggest transformation. Once registered you’ll receive an email with further information to help you get started.

Conditions of the competition are simple:

  1. Post current photo of yourself on your Instagram announcing your intention to commit to the M26FIT Challenge & tag @m26fit.
  2. Post a weekly photo of yourself on Instagram mentioning your progress & tag @m26fit
  3. After your 26 days are completed, post a before and after photo of yourself and tag @m26fit

(The Ridge at Maleny prize of 2 nights accommodation in the Executive Residence is subject to availability & school or public holidays are excluded)

The competition is open to the First 20 People that complete the 26 Day Challenge.
The winner will be published on Instagram.   

We developed the M26 FIT challenge to create habits, to develop discipline and generate consistency. Exercising your mind and body consistently creates energy, so find something you enjoy and start moving. The challenge is simple, but not easy.

There are 6 elements to complete every day for 26 days straight.

1. Spend 26 mins physically exercising.

2. Spend 26 mins strengthening your mind.

3. Drink 2.6 litres of water.

4. No Alcohol.

5. Follow your Nutrition Plan. 

6. Get 8 hours sleep.

Being M26 FIT will not only gives you energy, it also promotes good emotional judgement making you better equipped in dealing with whatever life throws at you. Every decision you make is either driving you closer or further away from your destiny. It’s up to you, it’s your choice. Will you accept the challenge and experience the pain of discipline or decline the challenge and experience the pain of regret?
