So just to dive into that a little bit, so how would you sort of look at that mental strength and where you’ve gotten that from and how that actually does help in those tough days on the bike.
And it was the mental strength when you were on your worst days. So if I didn’t have the mental strength, the physical fitness didn’t matter.
With neuroscience there’s so much of correlation and research that is pointing to the benefits of physical excercise, the benefits of being exposed to the sun or outdoors and regular sleep patterns.
Our brains are formed individually based on our childhood experiences as we learn and grow. So our first 5-7 years has an impact on the physical development of your brain.
